Position: Sales Operations Manager

Location: Sakinaka, Andheri / Mumbai

Experience: 2–5 years in automotive detailing / workshop operations / Car Accessories Sales

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 + Incentives (Performance-Based)

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Store Manager to lead the operations of our Car Detailing Studio. You will manage daily workflow, team coordination, customer experience, quality standards, and sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage detailing, PPF, coating & paint workflow
• Lead technicians & front-desk staff
• Ensure top-tier customer service
• Achieve monthly sales targets & upselling goals
• Handle inventory, stock control & vendor coordination
• Maintain quality standards and reduce rework
• Manage appointments, job cards & timely delivery

Requirements:

• 2–5 years experience in car detailing, PPF, or workshop operations, Car Accessories Sales
• Strong leadership, communication & sales ability
• Knowledge of detailing processes, chemicals & equipment
• Ability to manage customers & resolve issues quickly
• Experience with CRM / job card software preferred
