We specialize in connecting top technical talent with leading companies in Japan, focusing on IT, engineering, and technology-driven industries. Our India office supports sourcing, screening, and coordination, while our Japan office manages client relationships and final placements.
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter (Japan focus) to join our India team, responsible for sourcing and hiring high-quality technical talent for Japan-based clients.
Role Overview
As a Japan Technical Recruiter, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating with clients and management. You will need strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify top talent who can succeed in Japan’s work culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing & Screening
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes to match technical requirements (IT, software, engineering, etc.).
- Conduct first-level interviews to assess technical, communication, and cultural fit.
- Candidate Management
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for Japan-based roles.
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process (screening, interview scheduling, documentation).
- Coordinate language/technical assessments when required
- Client & Team Coordination
- Work closely with Japan management to understand role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and Japanese clients.
- Share candidate reports and feedback with management regularly.
- Recruitment Process Management
- Track and maintain accurate records of applicants and status updates.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and clients.
- Support offer negotiation and onboarding processes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience:
- 3–6 years in technical recruitment (IT/Engineering focus).
- Experience with Japan-based hiring (preferred, not mandatory).
- Exposure to international recruitment processes is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of IT/technical roles.
- Ability to conduct in-depth interviews and filter candidates effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Japanese language skills a strong plus).
- Good coordination and organizational skills.

- Must have Own Laptop System - Min i3 + 8GB RAM + SSD Harddisk
- Home office setup.
