Title: Regional Field Manager

Location: Delhi and Calcutta - 2 jobs

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver regional KPIs across all categories.

Ensure 100% city coverage and consistent governance across 150+ cities.

Guide and supervise FMs across the region.

Conduct regular field visits to priority markets.

Drive performance reviews with FMs and Supervisors.

Ensure resolution of regional issues (stock, demo setups, escalations, BA movements).

Work closely with Project Leads to translate category priorities into regional execution.

Guarantee compliance with audits, attendance, grooming, and POSM deployment.

Manage workforce stability: hiring, retention, quality checks.

Present weekly regional performance to Project Leads and Ops Manager.

Key Competencies

Region: North / South / East / West

Reports to: Project leads

Manages: Field Managers (direct), Supervisors (indirect)

Works with: All three Project Leads

Role Purpose

Own regional execution across all categories. Ensure smooth daily operations, governance, field

visibility, and city-level performance across Beauty, Personal Care, and HCFNR.
