Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver category KPIs: productivity, Programme manning, coverage, BA hygiene, SOP adherence, and
• incentive achievement.
• Own category, Category Growth, forecasting, promoter deployment, and operational budgets.
• Lead monthly and quarterly reviews with HUL category teams. Weekly reviews with RL’s.
• Ensure all activations, demos, and promoter activities meet brand and category standards.
• Drive category training and capability building for Supervisors and promoters.
• Partner with RFMs to ensure regional implementation excellence.
• Resolve escalations related to SOP gaps, promoter issues, and operational breakdowns.
• Ensure full compliance: grooming, attendance, audit scores, brand protocols.
• Provide strategic inputs to Operations Manager for business planning and model improvements.
