Job Title: Operations Executive

Location : MIDC Satara, office

Role Summary:

We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operational tasks, customer communication, CRM updates, payment follow-ups, and pre-call lead nurturing. The role ensures smooth execution of mentorship programs, timely reminders, accurate records, and high-quality customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Send session, call, and payment reminders via WhatsApp & email
• Track attendance and maintain operations sheets
• Handle first-level customer support (Zoho Desk/WhatsApp)
• Update and manage Zoho CRM & campaigns
• Follow up on pending payments and confirmations
• Nurture leads before sales calls to improve conversion

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Good operational and coordination abilities
• Experience with CRM tools (Zoho preferred)
• Detail-oriented and process-driven

Experience: 1–3 years (Operations / Support / CRM role preferred)
