Internal Recruiter & Admin Coordinator
Reports to: Management (Japan & India)
Location: REMOTE - (coordination for Japan office needs)
Shift Time: 6:00am to 3:00pm IST
Role Overview:
This position is responsible for end-to-end internal recruitment for our India team, focusing on technical roles, and for managing key administrative and coordination activities between management and teams across both locations. The person will be a first-level filter for all candidate profiles, ensuring only the most suitable candidates move forward, and will handle office/admin processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
QA Checks for our ATS Database. We will show initially.
Resume formatting. Formatting candidates Resume to company format.
Helping on Admin part or helping CEO as a support required.
Creating social media canva pamphlet for company purpose.
Doing research if we need something.
Sometimes reaching out to internal hiring candidates – Here it will be shown.
Following up if there is anything needs to be done in India like calling, checking, arranging things in India whatever management needs.
If any support required by Recruiters.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience:
- 3–5 years in technical recruitment (IT/Engineering focus preferred).
- Experience interviewing recruiters is an advantage.
- Exposure to admin/HR coordination work.
- Skills:
- Strong technical understanding for role-based candidate assessment.
- Excellent decision-making for filtering quality candidates.
- Good communication skills in English
- Organised, with attention to detail for admin work.
- Bonus: Experience working with Japan-based companies or cross-border teams.
