Job Overview
We are seeking a Human Resources Intern to join our team at Bharat Business Innovations in Satara. This part-time internship is aimed at freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience who are eager to kickstart their careers in HR. You will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, contributing to the talent acquisition and management processes within a thriving technology company.
Qualifications and Skills
- Understanding of human resources principles and practices to assist with the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with employees and potential candidates.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Good problem-solving skills to address issues as they arise and find optimal solutions promptly.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to support daily tasks.
- Eagerness to learn and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities as they arise.
- Must possess a positive attitude and demonstrate teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the HR team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job listings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing and disseminating onboarding kits and scheduling training sessions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR database and filing systems.
- Assist in organizing company events and activities aimed at employee engagement and team-building.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures through research and feedback.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including handling correspondence and reporting.
- Coordinate communication and follow-up with candidates during the recruitment process to ensure a seamless experience.
- Participate in HR meetings and training sessions to gain insights and contribute to discussions as needed.
