Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive – Windows & Doors (Aluminium and UPVC)

Location: Pune (Near Navle Bridge)

Open Positions:

• 3 Male Sales Executives – Field Sales
• 2 Female Sales Executives – Showroom Sales Only

Salary Range:

• Male Candidates: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
• Female Candidates: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

For Male Sales Executives (Field Sales):

• Generate leads and meet potential customers on-site
• Promote and sell Aluminium and UPVC windows and doors solutions
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and builders
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Follow up on sales inquiries and close deals

For Female Sales Executives (Showroom Sales):

• Assist walk-in customers at the showroom
• Explain features, benefits, and specifications of windows and doors products
• Maintain showroom display and inventory
• Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and basic documentation

Requirements:

• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Knowledge of aluminium and UPVC window and door systems is a plus
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Must be based in Pune or willing to relocate
