Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver daily and weekly performance KPIs of promoters and Team Leaders.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits.
• Ensure grooming, attendance, and behaviour standards are met.
• Implement category requirements from Project Leads through Supervisors.
• Manage promoter rotations, replacements, on boarding, and training.
• Coordinate with retailer teams and store managers to resolve issues.
• Ensure correct execution of demos, visibility, POSM, sampling, and brand guidelines.
• Support incentive governance by validating performance data.
• Escalate operational issues to RM’s with proposed solutions.
• Maintain field discipline and documentation for compliance.

• Scope: City / cluster-level operations

Role Purpose

• Own city-level execution and promoter governance. Ensure day-to-day performance, attendance,
• hygiene, SOPs, and productivity for assigned stores and promoters.
