Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Home Loan Sales Executive to drive sales through the open market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong relationships with builders, and onboarding more connectors to enhance business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive home loan sales through the open market by identifying potential customers and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with builders, developers, and real estate agents to generate a steady pipeline of leads.
- Identify, onboard, and manage a network of connectors (DSAs, brokers, and financial consultants) to drive business growth.
- Understand customer requirements, provide appropriate loan solutions, and assist them in documentation and application processes.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
- Ensure timely follow-up with potential customers and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements in the home loan sector.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and timely disbursals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 - 3 Years of Experience in Home Loan Sales
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating and implementing partnership agreements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with builders and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking ability.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
