Title: Chief Growth Officer (CGO)

Location: Noida (Full-Time, On-Site Only)


Role Overview:

The CGO will own total revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, and expansion strategies across all brands. Full-time leadership from Noida HQ, working closely with all brand teams.


Key Responsibilities:

• Set aggressive multi-brand revenue and growth targets.

• Build and manage cross-functional marketing, sales, and growth teams.

• Architect acquisition, retention, upselling, cross-selling strategies.

• Collaborate with product, tech, sales, and marketing heads.

• Unlock new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities.

• Establish real-time KPI dashboards for weekly performance tracking.

• Report directly to CEO with detailed growth strategies and action plans.


Experience Required:

• 8+ years in senior growth leadership roles.

• Proven track record in scaling revenue 5x–10x in fast-growth companies.
