We’re hiring a Business Operations Intern — India’s

Fastest-growing knowledge hub platform for Real Estate and PropTech.

As a Business Analyst Intern, you will work closely with product, content, marketing, and external partners to drive business value across the platform.

This is a high-impact internship for someone who enjoys digging into data, connecting dots, and learning how digital platforms grow.

Roles and Responsibilities

Services Strategy & Partner Coordination

• Plan and manage lead diversion flows from Pulse high-impact pages to service pages
• Monitor user journeys and lead generation performance across different services
• Collaborate with service partners for onboarding, listings, and campaign coordination
• Contribute to revenue planning and monetisation experiments for partner verticals

Certification Segment Growth

• Assist in building the roadmap for Pulse’s real estate certification and learning segment
• Conduct market research, analyse competitors, and suggest go-to-market strategies
• Track sign-ups, user feedback, and propose improvement loops
• Explore revenue models such as freemium, bundled, or CPL-led strategies

Analytics & Reporting

• Support dashboard creation for traffic, leads, and revenue metrics
• Identify user trends and drop-off points to improve conversion rates
• Contribute insights for A/B tests and campaign performance

Strategic Research

• Benchmark other content or lead-gen platforms (Indian and global)
• Support team with business cases for new tools, services, or categories
• Help create internal docs, growth ideas, and hypothesis experiments

What We’re Looking For

• Students in their final year or recent graduates (Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields)
• Strong analytical thinking and interest in growth, marketing, or digital strategy
• Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets; comfort working with numbers and charts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and managing tasks independently
