Key Accountabilities:


Mobile Application is a next-gen AI-powered astrology chatbot application designed to create a seamless digital ecosystem around astrology, spirituality, and wellness. We are seeking a visionary Business Head to scale Mobile Application into the most trusted and engaging astrology app globally.


This is a senior leadership role for candidates who can blend product innovation, user psychology, and growth marketing with a strong understanding of the astrology & spirituality ecosystem. You will own end-to-end business growth, P&L, user retention, and product evolution.


User Growth & Retention

  • Build and execute growth strategies tailored to astrology users — driving conversions, repeat sessions, and loyalty.
  • Segment users by cohorts (daily horoscope readers, premium consultation seekers, wellness subscribers) and create personalized journeys.
  • Optimize KPIs: DAU/WAU stickiness, subscription renewals, LTV, and churn reduction.

Customer Experience & Astrology Context

  • Ensure intuitive in-app journeys for horoscopes, consultations, puja bookings, and gemstone purchases.
  • Build trust-driven user experience with focus on accuracy, authenticity, and personalized recommendations.
  • Maintain strong CSAT & NPS by providing credible and seamless astrological guidance.

Product Innovation

  • Work with tech & content teams to integrate astrology-specific features (e.g., Kundli matching, personalized reports, AI astrologer chat flows).
  • Identify trends in digital astrology, spirituality, and wellness to launch new services (subscriptions, live consultations, premium content).
  • Continuously evolve the chatbot’s conversational experience to increase engagement and trust.

Omni-Channel Marketing

  • Expand digital presence across app stores, spiritual content platforms, astrology communities, and social commerce.
  • Lead influencer campaigns with astrologers/spiritual coaches, building authority and user trust.
  • Drive storytelling around astrology + technology to differentiate Application globally.

P&L & Commercial Leadership

  • Own P&L accountability: subscription revenues, consultation bookings, in-app purchases, and partnerships.
  • Forecast, budget, and track unit economics, ensuring sustainable growth.
  • Explore new monetization streams: premium astrology reports, gifting bundles, wellness add-ons, international markets (NRI, Middle East).

Leadership & Culture

  • Build and mentor a cross-functional team across growth, product, analytics, and astrologer operations.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, speed, and authenticity, aligned to astrology users’ trust expectations.


Key Requirements:


  • Proven P&L ownership with expertise in scaling high-growth digital platforms profitably.
  • 10–15 years of leadership experience in consumer-tech, D2C, lifestyle, wellness, or subscription-based apps.
  • Strong command of growth marketing, CRO, SEO/ASO, and lifecycle automation tools (WebEngage, MoEngage, Clevertap, Braze).
  • Ability to design and execute user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies with measurable results.
  • Deep understanding of astrology/spirituality ecosystem and user behavior in this domain.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to drive data-driven decision-making, cohort analysis, and KPI optimization.
  • Hands-on leader with strategic vision, execution discipline, and team-building capability across cross-functional domains.
  • A team player who builds and mentors high-performing teams.
  • Shape the future of digital astrology & spiritual wellness with AI-driven personalization.
  • Work directly with the Founder & CEO on a high-impact, global project.

Preferred Experience:


  • Experience: 10–15 years in consumer-tech, D2C apps, lifestyle, wellness, or premium subscription-led digital platforms.
  • Astrology Affinity is preferable : Strong understanding of astrology/spirituality ecosystem, either through professional work or personal interest.
  • Proven P&L ownership with experience in scaling subscription or community-driven apps.
  • Expertise in CRM, lifecycle marketing, and automation platforms (WebEngage, MoEngage, Clevertap, Braze).
  • Ability to balance data-driven growth frameworks with user empathy in astrology context.
  • Strategic thinker + hands-on executor with a “get things done” attitude.
  • Team builder with strong leadership and collaboration skills.
