Key Accountabilities:
App Growth Engine
• Own the end-to-end growth strategy of the Mobile application and website, driving conversion rate optimization (CRO), SEO/App Store Optimization (ASO/AEO), and full-funnel marketing execution.
• Design and execute strategic campaigns to acquire, retain, and engage users at scale across digital platforms.
• Track and optimize key KPIs: daily/weekly active users (DAU/WAU), user retention, conversion funnel efficiency, and revenue per user (ARPU/LTV).
• Partner with tech, product, and design teams to continuously enhance app performance, features, and user experience.
Customer Experience & User Operations
• Evaluate and optimize in-app journeys, payment flows, and digital customer support touchpoints.
• Minimize churn, drop-offs, and refunds by identifying gaps in app processes and implementing systematic improvements.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) and NPS scores, ensuring a seamless and trustworthy experience for every user.
Omni-Channel Digital Presence
• Expand Mobile Application reach across relevant digital ecosystems (app stores, content platforms, social commerce, partnerships).
• Build channel-specific strategies for visibility, user acquisition, and monetization, while maintaining brand consistency.
• Track and report channel contribution to growth, user funnel KPIs, and ROI.
Marketing Excellence
• Drive performance marketing across paid, organic, and partner channels with a focus on efficiency.
• Scale influencer collaborations, community marketing, and social campaigns to grow brand presence and user base.
• Lead brand storytelling and product launch campaigns, ensuring alignment with Mobile Application vision and business objectives.
• Implement data-driven marketing frameworks to optimize CAC, ROAS, and lifetime value (LTV).
New Revenue Streams
• Identify and implement new monetization models such as:
- o Subscriptions (daily/weekly astrology insights)
- o Personalized consultations & reports
- o Gifting bundles and premium content verticals
- o International markets (NRI, Middle East, etc.)
- o Brand collaborations & partnerships
• Analyze market trends, user feedback, and competitor offerings to prioritize scalable revenue opportunities.
Product Innovation & Evolution
• Spot emerging trends in astrology, spirituality, and digital wellness, translating them into new app features, SKUs, or service lines.
• Work with product, tech, and content teams to design and launch modifications, new sections, and user-focused innovations.
• Ensure new features are relevant, scalable, and revenue-generating.
Financial Discipline & P&L Ownership
• Own the P&L for the Mobile application, including forecasting, budgeting, unit economics, and contribution margins.
• Provide clear financial visibility through dashboards, reporting, and growth projections for internal stakeholders and investors.
• Support fundraising readiness by delivering accurate insights on growth metrics, P&L performance, and market opportunities.
Leadership & Culture
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing cross-functional team across growth, product, operations, and analytics.
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, agility, and innovation with measurable outcomes.
• Set clear goals, KPIs, and timelines, ensuring on-time and high-quality execution across initiatives.
Key Requirements :
• 7–12 years in consumer brand or e-commerce leadership (lifestyle, jewellery, wellness, or premium D2C preferred).
• Proven P&L ownership and scale-up experience in a high-growth D2C or omni-channel brand.
• Deep knowledge of marketplace ops, sourcing, and vendor management.
• Sharp commercial instincts, process discipline, and speed of execution.
• Track record of scaling Amazon/Myntra/Flipkart/Quick Commerce platforms profitably.
• Hands-on leader who combines first-principle thinking with growth frameworks.
• Strategic builder ready to shape the next iconic Indian lifestyle brand.
• A team player who builds and mentors high-performing teams.
Preferred Experience:
• Proven audience scaling & full-funnel revenue growth.
• 7–12+ years in consumer brand, D2C, or digital/e-commerce leadership (lifestyle, wellness, or premium D2C
preferred).
• Proven P&L ownership with experience scaling high-growth brands.
• Deep expertise in marketplace operations, sourcing, vendor management, and digital marketing.
• Hands-on leader with strategic vision, growth frameworks, and execution discipline.
• Experience in building, mentoring, and scaling cross-functional teams.
