Title: Brand and Growth Manager

Role Overview:
Our Clients is looking for a Brand and Growth Manager to oversee its digital presence,
content strategy, and lead-generation initiatives. This role demands a strong creative eye,
solid marketing execution skills, and the ability to shape how the brand is seen across
digital touchpoints—from social media to mailers, landing pages, and summit branding. The
ideal candidate will blend hands-on content creation with performance tracking to drive
business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
• Develop and execute integrated digital campaigns (organic + paid) across platforms
like Google, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and email.
• Plan and execute lead generation initiatives, including performance marketing,
retargeting, and campaign landing pages.
• Create brand-aligned digital assets such as flyers, mailers, newsletters, and
promotional creatives to support program outreach and event promotion.
2. Social Media Management
• Own and manage Brook’s presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Plan and publish regular content, including posts, reels, stories, and engagement
activities that amplify client engagements, training programs, and events.
• Monitor platform insights and engagement metrics to refine strategy.
3. Brand Building and Content Oversight
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all digital platforms
and assets.
• Prepare case studies, edit and format client stories, and build presentation-ready
marketing materials.
• Coordinate with design and marketing teams to support campaign and brand
storytelling efforts.
4. Website and SEO Support
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve website visibility, user experience,
and conversion flow.
• Provide strategic suggestions for on-page SEO content, keywords, and layout
enhancements to improve Google ranking.
• Coordinate website content updates, banners, and landing pages in alignment with
ongoing campaigns.
5. Analytics & Reporting
• Track digital campaign and social media performance using tools like Google
Analytics and native platform dashboards.
• Create monthly performance reports covering website traffic, conversion rates, and
campaign outcomes.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, messages, and channels to inform future decisions.
6. Event Branding & On-Ground Visibility
• Design digital and print branding materials such as summit backdrops, booth
creatives, and internal event collaterals.
• Collaborate with event and sales teams to ensure brand consistency across
marketing touchpoints.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, or growth marketing
roles.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot/CRM platforms, Canva, and Meta
Business Suite.
• Strong content creation instincts across visual and written formats.
• Hands-on understanding of SEO principles and how they impact visibility.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and
deadlines.
• Experience handling creative development for summits, client marketing, and social
media campaigns is a plus.
