Job Title: Account Manager – Website Projects

Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai (Work From Office)

Type: Full-time 


About the Role

We are looking for an Account Manager who brings strategic thinking, creative problem-

solving, flawless execution, and a passion for excellence. This role requires a unique blend

of account management, client relationship ownership, understanding of AI (tools and its

usage), and website project expertise.

You will manage website projects end-to-end, ensuring world-class delivery, impactful

outcomes, and delighted clients.


Key Responsibilities

Client & Account Ownership

  • Own and manage end-to-end client communication and relationship building.
  • Understand the client’s business, brand, audience, and goals.
  • Think beyond deliverables — focus on overall project objectives, long-term impact and value add. 
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities. 
  • Create and present polished presentations.  

Project Leadership

  • Handle multiple mid-to-high-intensity website/digital projects simultaneously.
  • Scope projects accurately with clear plans, timelines, and effort estimates.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams: design, content, UX, tech, QA, etc.
  • Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery every time. 
  • Maintain all project documentation, trackers, reports, etc. 
  • Conduct rigorous quality checks before sending anything to clients
  • (copy alignment, design accuracy, functionality, SEO readiness, etc.)

Digital, Web & Content Responsibilities

  • Understand and create clear briefs for creative, design, and tech teams.
  • Have working-level understanding of:
  • Website CMS editing
  • SEO fundamentals
  • UX/UI principles
  • Global digital & communication trends
  • Be proficient with AI tools for:
  • Copy and content generation (when required)  
  • Design support (when required)
  • Presentation creation
  • Any other support required during the course of the project. 


Required Skills & Competencies

  • 2-4 years of experience in account management, preferably in digital/website
  • projects.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear actionable briefs.
  • Expertise in presentation-building and storytelling.
  • Data-driven thinking; ability to analyse reports and project performance, and suggest
  • ideas to improve.
  • High attention to detail and quality.
