GST Compliance
- GST Compliance: Ensure accurate filing and compliance of GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GST laws and regulations and apply them effectively in the company’s financial operations.
- GTS (Goods and Services Tax) Return Filing: Prepare and file monthly and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) on time. Ensure all relevant transactions, such as imports, exports, and inter-state supplies, are properly documented and filed in compliance with tax laws. Work closely with the tax department to address any discrepancies or issues related to GST returns.
- Import-Export Accounting: Manage financial records for import-export transactions, including customs duties, freight charges, insurance, and other import/export-related costs.
- Invoicing & Documentation: Prepare and verify invoices for international trade, ensuring all details are correct for GST compliance and smooth customs clearance.
- Accounts Reconciliation: Reconcile bank accounts, ledgers, and other financial statements related to import-export transactions.
- Tally ERP Usage: Record, maintain, and manage financial entries in Tally ERP software, ensuring accurate data entry and timely reporting.
- Taxation: Assist in the preparation of income tax returns and ensure the timely payment of taxes. Maintain accurate documentation to support tax filings.
- Payment and Receivables: Monitor payments to suppliers and manage receivables from clients. Ensure timely collections and follow-ups on overdue payments.
