We are looking for a Frontend Engineer for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary responsibility will be the development of all server-side logic, definition, and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to request from the frontend. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of frontend technologies is necessary as well.

What will you do

• Mentor junior UI engineers and improve the team’s bar
• Primary owner of tech best practices, tech processes, UI Dev timelines
• Interfaces with Product, Design, EMs, backend teams for timely project execution.
• Ownership of UI architecture, code quality & team upskilling

What we are looking for

• Excellent in HTML / CSS & Javascript
• 2-5 years of experience in frontend development
• Experience in AngularJs/Angular Framework
• Experience in preprocessors like SASS / LESS
• Experience in task automation frameworks like Grunt / Gulp / Webpack
• Experience optimizing the speed and performance of websites
• Excellent understanding of frontend concepts & technology
• Experience in setting up front end best practices
• Working in high growth startups
• Mentorship & upskilling mindset.
• B.Tech / Dual Degree with Computer Science as a major discipline
• Graduation from Premium Institutes like IITs, NITs, BITS, IIITs, state-level top college preferred
