About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for helping us build a team of talented professionals (across functions) as we scale the organisation. We are looking for folks who have prior experience of recruitment and are self-starters with very strong ownership of their work.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with job posting portals and Linkedin tools
• Demonstrable experience of 3 to 6 years in Startup Hiring
• Experience of working with recruitment agencies is preferred

Responsibilities

• Scour LinkedIn and other portals to source candidate profiles
• Work closely with talent agencies and campus ambassadors to source best fit candidates
• Identify other high impact channels for sourcing candidates
• Screen applicants as per the requirements and nuances of each role
• Manage end to end recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviews to onboarding
• Complete the pre boarding process of the new hires to ensure a seamless onboarding within the organisation
