We are seeking dynamic and highly motivated Cleanroom Operations Specialists who will play a key role in our semiconductor workforce training centers in Gurugram. You will work in an ultra-clean environment, ensuring compliance with cleanroom standards while training technicians and operators to excel in cleanroom operations processes.

Key Responsibilities


  • Ensure Cleanroom Integrity: Oversee daily cleanroom operations to maintain compliance with ISO-certified cleanliness standards.
  • Train and Mentor: Provide hands-on training in cleanroom safety protocols, contamination control, and wafer handling techniques to trainees and operators enrolled in our programs.
  • Equipment Validation: Operate, calibrate, and monitor semiconductor manufacturing tools (etching, lithography, and deposition).
  • Compliance and Documentation: Monitor and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cleanroom safety and contamination control. Maintain accurate records of operations, processes, and inspections.
  • Contamination Control: Conduct inspections and audits to identify and minimize particulate contamination risks.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, maintenance, and training teams to achieve operational excellence in fab environments.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide process improvement recommendations and share best practices to train workforce talent effectively.


Qualifications & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in chemical engineering, electronics, materials science, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in cleanroom operations, semiconductor fabs, or similar high-tech facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of cleanroom protocols, contamination control, and material handling techniques.
  • Ability to operate or troubleshoot cleanroom equipment (e.g., wafer fabrication, lithography tools).
  • Excellent communication skills for conducting training sessions and preparing detailed reports.
