Key Responsibilities:

1.  Design comprehensive training program encompassing product knowledge, sales techniques and brand values 
2.  Assess and enhance training curriculum to keep pace with industry trends
3. Work closely with beauty advisors and provide guidance in developing effective sales pitch that align with customer needs
4. Monitor sales performance of beauty advisors and provide constructive feedback to help improve techniques to achieve sales targets
5. Inspire and motivate beauty advisors by providing coaching and mentorship to beauty advisors
6. Develop and maintain accurate sales records and performance metrics for beauty advisors
7. Utilize data driven insights to identify trends and opportunities

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a beauty advisor with a strong background in sales
2. In-depth knowledge of beauty products and industry trends
3. Strong training skills with experience in developing training regimen
4. Results driven mindset with the ability to set targets and monitor performance
