About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Technical Writer to join our growing content team. If you're someone who can simplify complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly content — this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain high-quality documentation for web-based products, APIs, and user interfaces
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to gather technical information
• Write user manuals, help guides, installation/configuration docs, and release notes
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases and product onboarding content
• Ensure documentation aligns with company standards and tone of voice
• Participate in reviews and update documents based on stakeholder feedback

Requirements:

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in technical writing (internships count too!)
• Understanding of SaaS-based products and API documentation
• Familiarity with documentation tools like MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, MS Word, Oxygen XML, or similar
• Basic knowledge of Markdown, HTML, or XML is a plus
• Strong command of English (grammar, structure, clarity)
• Ability to research, learn quickly, and work independently
