Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Generate and qualify leads through online research, networking events, and platforms like Upwork and other freelance portals.
• Initiate contact with potential clients via email marketing, phone calls, and social media.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Create and manage profiles on Upwork and similar freelance platforms.
• Identify and bid on relevant projects, and communicate with clients through these portals.
• Assist the senior sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.
• Track and manage sales activities using CRM software.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with product development teams to understand and communicate product features and benefits to clients.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications, IT, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Freshers or up to 6 months of experience in business development, sales, E-mail Marketing or a related field.

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques.
• Knowledge of Upwork and other freelance portals.
• Proficiency in email marketing strategies and tools.
