We are searching for a skilled and experienced Bike Mechanic to join our team at BeepKart. As a Bike Mechanic, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining bicycles and ensuring their optimal performance. Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a professional Bike Mechanic
• In-depth knowledge of bike mechanics and repair techniques
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Proficient in using bike repair tools and equipment
• Knowledge of multibrand bike models and components
• Valid driving license to test ride and ensure bike performance
• Previous experience working in a similar role at an automotive company is preferred
• Quality control skills to ensure bikes meet safety standards
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks as a floor manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and diagnose mechanical issues with bicycles
• Repair and replace faulty parts to ensure proper functioning
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting bike components
• Assemble new bicycles and ensure they meet quality standards
• Assist customers with bike selection, customization, and repairs
• Keep track of inventory and order necessary parts and supplies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns
• Stay updated with the latest bike models, technologies, and repair techniques
