Job Description

• Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
• At least 1yr of experience as Desktop support.
• Knowledge of replacing hardware and parts as required.
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
• Knowledge of outlook configuration, troubleshooting and windows installation
• Should have positive attitude and ability to learn new things.
• Provide technical support/services to users at customer premises.
• Installation / configuration of e-mail clients
• Troubleshooting issues related to standard office software (MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
• Should have knowledge of Windows 10 &11 operating systems and familiar with MAC and Linux operating system.
• Troubleshoot problems with Laptop Hardware, Application, printers and OS
• Responsible for the implementation, support, administration and management of windows workstations and servers.
• Should handle installation and configuration of Antivirus Software on all the Desktops and Updating of Anti-Virus patches.
• Take backup of crashed drive.
