Job Description 1. Preparing and maintaining Synopsis for transaction and monitor even of occurrence for each new transaction.&nbsp;2. Coordinating with cross teams (Legal, Compliance &amp; Accounts) and managing the work-related transaction / execution / compliance / recovery of our fees effectively3. Interest payment monitoring includes follow up with clients and respective authorities as per SEBI guidelines.&nbsp;4. ERP data entry (All related documents uploading, payment schedule, Payment confirmation, execution related entries)5. Arrangement / co-ordination of execution with clients &amp; POA or Internal signatories.6. Invoice clearance for POA7. Share monitoring and fund transfer.&nbsp;8. NOC for Flat / NOC for redemption / part redemption / refinance / satisfaction etc9. Coordination and List maintenance of documents custody (Stock Holding / Office /any other places)&nbsp;10. Pledge and unpledged of share&nbsp;11. Custody letter processing12. Cersei entry in CERSAI site13. Annexure A14. Other day to day work as instructed by the reporting manager.15. Maintaining the turnaround time for the requests/ issues raised by the customers (TAT - detailed instruction will be circulated separately)16. JOB Duty:1. Prepare&nbsp;a&nbsp;compliance&nbsp;list required as per transactions 2. Follow-up and monitor pre and post&nbsp;compliance&nbsp;and covenants periodically 3. Work on general&nbsp;compliance&nbsp;activities of the trustee transactions 4. Prepare and review various SEBI regulatory reports/submissions, internal processes/policies, and other documents and ensure&nbsp;compliance&nbsp;with the internal and external regulatory frameworks 5. Obtain and review quarterly&nbsp;compliance&nbsp;reports (QCR) to clients 6. Work on the timely registration of charges with ROC, CERSAI and NeSL 7. Monitor security cover and issue consent/NOC/PARI PASSU letters when required 8. Work on obtaining and reviewing half-yearly certificates for listed issues 9. Track pending checklist documents and follow up for timely&nbsp;compliance 10. Review various due diligence reports from third parties such as valuation reports, CA certificates, etc. 11.
