BC Forward is currently seeking highly motivated US Staffing Team Lead/ATL

Location: Permanent Remote/India based

Expected Duration: Long Term

Responsible for:

Team Lead/ATL – US Staffing

8+ years of experience into US Staffing and Min 4 years of team handling

Experience handling 20+ members team

Responsibilities includes managing Team Productivity, Mentoring and Nurturing Team,

Volume Recruitment Process Management.

Experience handling W2 requirements working with Direct clients

Strong experience handling both Core IT & Non-IT recruitments

To manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.

Work independently with little supervision in a fast-paced agency environment

Goal oriented; have a burning desire to be successful

Highly motivated individual able to grasp complex technologies, tools or knowledge and learn quickly

Positive attitude

Flexible & Aggressive

Excellent communication skills (Oral and Written).

Must have a demonstrated ability to work within tight deadlines
