Job role and responsibilities:

1.Greeting customers warmly, understanding their needs, and guiding them to suitable products or services. 

2. To effectively communicate with customers, you must maintain product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing. 

3. Apart from sales, you'll assist with inventory management tasks such as restocking shelves and conducting regular stock checks. 

4. Processing transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction is paramount, and lastly, contributing ideas to enhance the overall customer experience and drive sales growth.

5.Handling E-commerce orders through Swiggy and Zomato.
