Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in b2b sales (Mandatory skill) with a demonstrated ability to engage and convert corporate clients in technology or services industries.
  • Hands-on expertise in inside sales (Mandatory skill), with proficiency in managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals via remote channels.
  • Demonstrated success in cold calling (Mandatory skill), consistently initiating contact with prospects and effectively qualifying sales opportunities over the phone.
  • Strong background in corporate sales, with a track record of working with organizations and business units to understand and address their needs.
  • Experience in international sales, possessing cultural awareness and communication skills to interact with clients from different geographies.
  • Knowledge of software sales, including an understanding of technology solutions and the ability to match client requirements to product capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities with a talent for building lasting relationships and confidently handling client objections.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written, to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively to varied audiences.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through dedicated inside sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and virtual meetings.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with prospective corporate clients to understand their business needs and present appropriate technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical experts and marketing, to address client requirements and deliver compelling proposals.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations virtually to effectively communicate the value proposition and features of BA Technology’s offerings.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining comprehensive records in the CRM system.
  • Identify new market segments and international business opportunities to expand the client base and meet sales targets.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and competitors to provide market feedback and contribute to strategic planning discussions.
  • Maintain excellent client satisfaction by providing ongoing support and coordinating with internal teams for seamless post-sales service delivery.
