Excellent Oral and presentation Skills.

Ability to interact with clients and giving presentations or product demos.

Basic understanding on Business Analyst/ Customer support role will be an added advantage. Proficient in MS Office tools.

Good communication skill - English speak and write,·        Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

·        Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

·        Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts.

·        Manage large Inbound /Out Bound calls.

·        Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right

methods/tools.

·        Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

·        Take an extra mile to engage customers.
