Job Title: Service Engineer

Reports to: Service Manager

Location: Hyderabad, Vijaywada, Guntur

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Service Engineer to provide technical support, maintenance, and repair services for our products/equipment at customer sites. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Install, commission, maintain, and repair products/equipment at customer sites.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, faults, and complaints.
3. Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and testing.
4. Provide technical training and support to customers.
5. Collaborate with sales teams to identify and resolve customer concerns.
6. Prepare and submit service reports, maintenance records, and other documentation.
7. Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and tools.
8. Stay up to date with new technologies, products, and industry developments.
9. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
10. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and service level targets.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, etc.) or related field.

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in a service engineering role.
• Experience with Solar Industry.

Skills:

• Strong technical knowledge of Solar Products (Inverter)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license (if applicable).

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift/move heavy equipment (up to [insert weight]).
• Frequent travel to customer sites (up to [insert percentage]).
• Work in various environmental conditions (indoor/outdoor, temperature extremes, etc.).
