Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated After Sales Service Specialist to join our mid-level team in Ahmedabad. The role is full-time and involves effectively managing customer relationships while troubleshooting and conducting product lifecycle assessments. Our ideal candidate will have a strong technical acumen and the ability to provide exceptional service to our extensive network of customers nationwide.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in customer relationship management software to ensure timely and effective service delivery to our vast clientele.
  • Strong product lifecycle management skills to monitor and enhance the performance of solar products effectively.
  • Technical troubleshooting expertise to address and resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
  • Experience in warranty management to oversee warranty claims and process them in accordance with company policy.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, enabling effective management of customer data and service requests.
  • Outstanding communication skills for effective interaction with customers and internal teams, ensuring all inquiries are addressed efficiently.
  • Analytical skills to interpret service data and provide insights for service improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships by providing exceptional after-sales support and fostering long-term partnerships with clients.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to solar products, ensuring swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure smooth handling of customer queries and service requests.
  • Oversee warranty claims, verifying and processing them accurately in conjunction with company policies.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions and service histories for enhanced service delivery.
  • Analyze service data to identify trends and recommend actions for continuous improvement in after-sales service quality.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on after-sales activities, performance, and customer feedback for management review.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in solar technology to advocate best practices and innovative solutions.
