Job Title: Manufacturing Recruiter Location: Mysore, India

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Manufacturing Recruiter to join our team in Mysore. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our manufacturing operations. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruiting plans to meet those needs
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for manufacturing positions, including production workers, supervisors, and managers
• Utilize various sourcing techniques such as job boards, employee referrals, social media, and networking events to identify and attract qualified candidates
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by timely communication, providing feedback, and following up on the status of their application
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all candidates, hiring processes, and employment data in our applicant tracking system
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in manufacturing recruitment

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Proven success in sourcing and hiring top talent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HRIS systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred)
