Position: International Customer Support Executive for E-Commerce Platform Location: Marathalli Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to ₹30000 Responsibilities: ● Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers. ● Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. ● Communicate effectively in English, demonstrating excellent verbal and written skills. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet service level agreements (SLAs). ● Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow established processes.
