1.   Maintenance of Statutory Registers & Records.

2.   Assist in conducting various meetings like Shareholder/Board/Committee Meetings.

3.   Assist in preparation of Agenda and Minutes of meetings of the Board of Directors, Committees of Directors, and shareholders.

4.   Assist in preparation and filing of various returns with ROC, Stock Exchanges, SEBI.

5.   Assist in preparation of various reports like Boards Report, preparation of Annual Report, Corporate Governance Report etc.

6.   Co-operating in conducting internal, secretariat and statutory audit;

7.   Handling Investor related work and dealing with company’s RTA.

8.   Assist in Preparation of MIS reports & liaising with consultants, government departments etc.

9.   Assist in Drafting various business agreements like Vendor Agreements, Lease Agreements, Sale Agreements etc.

10. Assist in the implementation of CSR / ESG Projects.

11. Preparation & filing of e-forms/returns under Companies Act.

12. Keep track of various legal updates in Companies Act, SEBI regulations.
