Skills
· Attend queries received through Website, Phone calls and Web Chats
· Handle both inbound and outbound calls, address patient key queries and convert enquiries into confirmed consultations
· Collect relevant details of the patient and update the same in the CRM form
· Provide relevant doctor information and book appointments accordingly
· Continuous follow-up on leads through cold calling, leading to consultations
· Reschedule Appointments which did not happen due to any reason
· Co-ordinate with all the AyurVAID centers and ensure that appointments are done
Lead a team of CSEs,
Train/coach them to improve their client calls and conversion rates.
Keep track of the team's performance metrics,
help weak performers to improve,
identify star performers and reward them
recruit and select suitable candidates for the team.
Candidate Profile:
· Minimum Degree/Diploma completed
· Prior experience in handling similar role in healthcare centers/hospitals/clinics
· Fluency in various South Indian languages (Kannada/Telugu/Hindi) and English are added advantage
· Available to join immediately
