Customer Relations Executive (0-1 Year Experience)


AyurVAID Hospitals, India’s largest chain of Ayurvedic Hospitals, first Ayurvedic Hospital to get NABH accredited (2010), and only winner of national quality award (QCI-DL Shah, 2012) in the Ayurveda sector, is hiring Customer Relations Executives (Male and Female) for its Corporate Office in Bangalore (J P Nagar). This is an immediate requirement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend queries received through Website, Phone calls and Web Chats
  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls, address patient key queries and convert enquiries into confirmed consultations
  • Collect relevant details of the patient and update the same in the CRM form
  • Provide relevant doctor information and book appointments accordingly
  • Continuous follow-up on leads through cold calling, leading to consultations Reschedule Appointments which did not happen due to any reason
  • Co-ordinate with all the AyurVAID centers and ensure that appointments are done


Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum Degree/Diploma completed
  • Prior experience in handling similar role in healthcare centers will be added advantage (experience in Ayurvedic center will be excellent to have)
  • Knowledge of local languages (Kannada/Telugu/Hindi/Tamil/Malayalam) and English
  • Available to join immediately
