About the Role:&nbsp;We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Building Information Modeling (BIM), with extensive experience using Revit, Dynamo, and scripting. The role involves creating and managing BIM models, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring seamless project delivery through effective communication and coordination. Key Responsibilities: I. BIM Modeling:<ul><li>Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models using Revit.</li><li>Ensure models are compliant with project standards and protocols.</li><li>Coordinate and integrate models from various disciplines to create a comprehensive project model.</li></ul> II. Dynamo and Scripting:<ul><li>Create and utilize Dynamo scripts to automate repetitive tasks and enhance modeling efficiency.</li><li>Develop custom scripts to meet project-specific requirements and optimize workflows.</li></ul> III. Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform classification, feature extraction, Contour and mapping from processed LIDAR data.</li><li>Work with point cloud data collected by airborne and/or mobile methods.</li><li>Extract 2d and 3d information from the data and generate CAD mapping for delivery.</li><li>Meet data quality and production rate standards.</li><li>Frequently requires sitting for extended periods of time, using hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.</li><li>Utilize close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and adjust focus to use computer screen.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>BE, or Equivalent Knowledge in Survey and Management/Technology</li><li>Prefer with 0‐5 years of experience in LiDAR classification &amp; Mapping detailing work from the point cloud data.</li><li>Learning knowledge of Micro Station V8i, Revit ® and Navisworks ®.</li><li>Excellent collaborative and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively</li><li>Ability to lead and train small team.</li></ul>
