Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our team. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment process, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience as an HR Executive
• Good knowledge of the recruitment process and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Experience with job portals such as Naukri
• Familiarity with interview techniques and assessment methods

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Administer employee benefits and compensation programs
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback
• Resolve employee relations issues and address employee grievances
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives
