Job Title: Solar Technician (Service Hero) – Entry Level

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹25,000/month (Based on city and experience)

Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM | 6 Days Working | 6 Days Off per Month

About the Role:

We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented Technicians (Service Heroes) to join our growing solar energy team. You’ll be at the front line ensuring the optimal performance of residential solar plants and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) of solar power plants.
• Resolve bill reading issues and ensure timely updates.
• Support customers in online monitoring & registration.
• Ensure high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) through service excellence.
• Conduct PMs and Corrective Maintenance (CMs) as per SOP.
• Follow all safety protocols – zero safety violations expected.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum Education: 12th Pass (ITI/Diploma in Electrical preferred)
• Experience: 0-2 years in electrical/field work

Documents Required:

• Valid Driving License (2-wheeler)*
• Aadhaar Card
• Cancelled Cheque/Bank Passbook Copy

Skills:

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems
• Good communication & customer handling skills
• Well-groomed and presentable
• Fluent in Hindi/English and/or the local language

Hiring Process:

• Round 1: Virtual HR Interview (Background & Family Fitment)
• Round 2: Field Shadowing with City Manager (1-2 Days)
• Round 3: Interview with State Manager (Virtual/In-Person)

Training & Onboarding:

• Field Shadowing: 6 days (on-ground learning)
• Classroom Training: 3-4 days (within 15–30 days of joining)
