As an Offline Sales Counsellor , you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and enhancing customer engagement through in-person interactions. Your primary responsibilities will include educating potential customers about heathcare services, guiding them to make informed decisions, and converting leads into customers. Additionally, you will be involved in renting out doctor chambers/clinics, conducting health camps during lean periods to attract customers, and increasing pharmacy visits for customer referrals.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with walk-in customers, address their queries, and provide detailed information.
- Source new sales opportunities through company-provided leads via calls and emails.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and answer customer inquiries effectively.
- Convert potential leads into paying customers, ensuring sales targets are met.
- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with customers to enhance brand trust.
- Manage clinic operations, including inventory and office maintenance.
- Conduct health camps during lean periods to attract new customers.
- Increase daily pharmacy visits for customer referrals.
- Maintain high energy and enthusiasm throughout the interactions.
- Requirements Strong listening, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable with rotational shifts and flexible timings.
- Willingness to work split shifts across different locations.
- Ability to counsel all patients post-consultation.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Local language proficiency is a must:
- Open to all genders and age groups.
- Well-groomed appearance required; clinic T-shirts will be provided (mandatory).
- Prior sales experience preferred, particularly in retail, skincare, healthcare, travel, or edtech sectors.
