Business Development Associate Role:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Student Counselling/Sales Calls: Engage with prospective students, understand their background and career aspirations, and pitch Pregrad courses.
  • Enrollment Assistance: Guide students through the enrollment process, including course selection, fee payment, and registration. Follow up with potential leads.
  • Performance Tracking: Maintain records of interactions, counseling outcomes, and conversion rates. Provide periodic reports on enrollments.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain daily pipeline with self-generated leads, referrals, and follow-ups to achieve conversion goals.
  • Sales Conversion: Negotiate WIN-WIN deals and manage profitability index as per guidelines.
  • Student Coordination: Be the interface between students and the operations team throughout the course completion.

Knowledge Required:


  • Google Sheets/Excel
  • Understanding of industry trends and products/services
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree must
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • CRM experience is preferred


Working Mode: 9hrs day shift (1hr break), Tuesday to Sunday (Monday Off)

Timing: 11am-8pm

Salary Offered: 20,000 for Freshers - 25000 for Experienced, Per Month
