Role OverviewWe are seeking highly motivated and passionate individuals with expertise in Australian accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll to join our dynamic team. If you have a strong background in accounting and tax, a desire to learn and grow in Australian accounting and taxation, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service, we want to hear from you.&nbsp;Key responsibility areas: <ul><li>Assisting clients with Australian accounting, bookkeeping and payroll services.</li><li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality accounting and financial reporting services.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software, such as MYOB, Xero, Quickbooks, Sage, etc., to ensure the delivery of exceptional services tailored to clients' needs.</li><li>Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge across all sectors worked with.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in Australian tax laws and accounting standards.</li><li>Assisting in preparing financial statements, reconciliations, and other accounting tasks.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service and guidance.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive client information and financial data.</li></ul> Must have: <ul><li>Qualification - CA / Inter-CA or CPA</li><li>Having 2+ Years of Experience in Australian accounting, book-keeping, payroll and taxation</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent communication and leadership abilities</li><li>Working knowledge of relevant statutory legislation and regulations in target geographies</li></ul>&nbsp;Good to have: <ul><li>Expertise in accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll services</li><li>Knowledge of individual, corporate, and international tax regulations</li><li>Managed a team of individuals</li><li>Demonstrate ambition and a drive to advance leadership skills within the industry</li><li>Functional skills (Proficient in MS Office and Accounting software)</li></ul>
