Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team at AVS LLC. The Business Analyst will play a key role in understanding business needs, analyzing processes, and recommending solutions to improve productivity and profitability. This is a full-time position based in Atlanta, Georgia, United States, and requires a minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in business analysis.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to gather and interpret complex data.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and software.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is preferred.
- Experience in the IT industry or related field is a plus.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, and uncovering areas for improvement.
- Conducting meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyzing and documenting business processes, workflows, and data models.
- Identifying and evaluating business risks and providing recommendations for mitigation.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement effective business solutions.
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Preparing and delivering presentations to stakeholders, communicating complex ideas and concepts effectively.
- Supporting the development and execution of user acceptance testing and providing post-implementation support.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in business analysis methodologies.
