Job Overview
AVSAR HR Services is looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The position is open for multiple employment types: Full-Time, Part-Time, and Internship, located in the Bhiwandi, Virar, and Kalyan areas. The ideal candidate will contribute to the recruitment process by leveraging next-gen recruitment technologies and strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process and manage candidate information efficiently. (Mandatory skill)
- Experience in LinkedIn Recruiting to source and connect with potential candidates effectively. (Mandatory skill)
- Ability to execute Social Media Recruitment strategies to tap into various platforms for finding the best talent. (Mandatory skill)
- Competence in Candidate Relationship Management to maintain and nurture ongoing relationships with candidates.
- Strong understanding of Data-Driven Recruitment Strategies to make informed decisions based on analytics and insights.
- Expertise in Interviewing and Screening Techniques to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for roles effectively.
- Knowledge of Diversity and Inclusion Best Practices to ensure a diverse and equitable recruitment process.
- Insight into E-Commerce Consulting to understand the nuances of recruitment in evolving digital marketplaces.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media and job boards, to identify potential candidates.
- Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure accurate data entry and candidate follow-up.
- Conduct initial interviews and screenings to assess candidate suitability for roles.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to create a positive candidate experience.
- Implement diversity and inclusion best practices in the recruitment process to build a diverse workforce.
- Provide valuable insights and recommendations based on recruitment analytics and trends.
- Support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
