Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at AVSAR HR Services. This mid-level position is ideal for candidates with 4 to 6 years of work experience in the industry. The role is based in Karjat, Badlapur, and Ambernath and offers a full-time employment opportunity with a chance to gain hands-on experience through an internship. The successful candidate will manage restaurant operations, leading the team to achieve excellence in service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Qualifications and SkillsProven expertise in customer relationship management (Mandatory skill), ensuring exceptional guest service and satisfaction in all food and beverage operations.
- In-depth knowledge of the food industry (Mandatory skill) with a focus on quality standards, safety, and sustainable practices.
- Proficient in restaurant management (Mandatory skill), overseeing daily operations, cost controls, quality assurance, and guest engagement.
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems to streamline transactions, improve efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.
- Able to manage supply chain processes to ensure timely procurement of resources, vendor management, and cost optimization.
- Skilled in cost control techniques to monitor budgets, forecast expenditures, and implement strategies for financial efficiency.
- Familiar with staff scheduling tools to optimize workforce deployment, managing work shifts and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
- Strong team management abilities, providing leadership, training, and motivation to staff for peak performance and cohesion.
- Roles and ResponsibilitiesDirect and oversee all restaurant operations to ensure guest satisfaction and consistent quality service in every interaction.
- Maintain high standards in food and beverage preparation and presentation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies for maximizing revenue and profitability, analyzing performance metrics to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with the HR team in hiring, training, and evaluating team members to build an efficient and skilled workforce.
- Responsible for inventory management, monitoring stock levels, orders, and supply chain coordination to meet operational demands.
- Implement effective marketing and promotional activities to enhance the restaurant’s presence and attract new customers.
- Liaise with the head office and contribute to broader business planning and strategic initiatives relevant to the food and beverage sector.
- Act as the prime point of contact for resolving customer complaints promptly and effectively, enhancing guest relations.
