Job Title: E-commerce Operations Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online retail trends, and customer behavior, with a focus on driving sales and optimizing the online shopping experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in e-commerce, online retail, or a similar role.
• E-commerce platforms and content management systems (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
• Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with paid search advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and affiliate marketing.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) for product image creation and updates.
• Knowledge of mobile commerce and app-based sales channels.
