Designation: Design and Production Coordinator

Location: Preferred Chennai Candidates

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with design teams and customers to create garment designs, ensuring style, fabric, fit, and functionality align with brand standards.
• Uphold high tailoring standards to deliver exceptional quality in finished products.
• Source and acquire premium materials required for production when needed, building and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
• Oversee production timelines, coordinating effectively with the Masters & Tailors or Head of Production.
• Conduct thorough inspections of finished products to address and resolve any defects or issues during production.
• Act as a bridge between design, production, marketing, and customers to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
• Maintain detailed records of designs, materials, and production processes while preparing necessary production reports.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Designing with 1 to 2 years of production experience, (or) candidates with garment or industrial production experience in retail are also welcome to apply.
• Strong knowledge of both design and tailoring.
• Proficiency in English and Tamil (oral, telephonic, and written communication skills).
