Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Instrumentation Engineer at AVIS Enertech Pvt Ltd. The Instrumentation Engineer will be responsible for process control, instrumentation, troubleshooting, instrument engineering and calibration tasks.

✓ Instrument datasheet/ RFQ’s/ technical requisition (TR) document Purchase Specification preparation

✓ Preparation & Checking of Instrument Index, I/O list.

✓ Review of Tubing, Cable tray Layout drawings & Process/ Pneumatic Hook Ups.

✓ Preparation & checking of cable block diagram (CBD)

✓ Preparation of Instrument loop drawings, Functional schematics, Logic diagram

✓ Preparation & checking of Bulk Material Specifications & MTO’s &list of consumables.

✓ Involved E&I scope 3D review using Naviswork

✓ Project &Team Management

✓ Preparation of Material Requisition, TBE, V/P Review, Instrument Datasheets and specifications for field instruments and control valves.

✓ Vendor offers Evaluation, Preparation of TQ, Technical Bid evaluations Vendor Drawing Review and Approval

✓ Prepare Technical Alignment (TA) file and TEDS (deviation list) for supplier bids

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering or related field
• Experience: At least 5-8 years
