Job Description:

1.    Selling of financial Products/Insurance Policy to customers

2.    Interested leads will be provided by the company.

3.    No cold calling or random calling.

4.    Leads will be from interested customers.

Knowledge, Skills and Attitude:

• ·      Excellent English communication skills.
• Should have very good convincing and selling skills.
• ·      0 to 4 years experience in Tele sales.
• ·      Flexible to work in 6 days, roster off environment.
• ·      Should be very confident and presentable.
• ·      Energy levels should be high
• ·      A positive attitude.
• ·      A Polite and friendly telephone manner.
• ·      Must be Confident.
• ·      Strong sales skills.
• ·     Age below 30 yrs

    Fixed salary + Very High incentives.
